The Cologne-based full-service agency Fameonme is among the leading casting agencies in Germany's television and advertising industry. It casts for well-known shows such as “Grill des Henssler” and “Spiegel TV”.
Since 2005, Fameonme has provided services to all the big names in show business and advertising, such as Coca-Cola, McDonald's, Warner Brothers etc.
The casting business prioritizes quality and speed. The candidates must be a perfect fit and found quickly. On top of that, the search often begins just before a new show or an ad campaign is launched. This requires sophisticated processes, a large database of potential candidates, and an extremely high level of data security associated with this.
In 2017, alkima WEB & DESIGN ® implemented a website/portal for Fameonme that meets the latest standards. We developed the website using WordPress, implementing the portal's backend processes through a SaaS solution. We linked the portal to the SaaS solution via an API, enabling user interaction and potential candidate engagement.
To ensure the data security of a database containing well over a hundred thousand users' data, including images and videos, alkima WEB & DESIGN ® hosts the entire system on the alkima CLOUD, adhering to the highest security standard
